The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center (MassCEC), in partnership with the Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources (DOER), is requesting proposals from solar photovoltaic (PV) installers to bid on the community group of Plainfield-Ashfield-Buckland in support of MassCEC's Solarize Massachusetts program.
MassCEC is requesting proposals from solar PV installers to offer competitive tiered pricing and quality solar PV installations to customers under the Solarize Mass Program. Installers will be required to provide a direct-purchase option, and may also choose to offer a lease, power purchase agreement, or other innovative financing model for residential and small-scale commercial solar PV installations. Installer proposals will be evaluated by the selected Community representatives and a technical consultant, in partnership with MassCEC and DOER. The final selection will be based on overall quality of the proposal, including but not limited to, the installer's ability to provide quality customer service and installation services, ability to partner with the community, and competitive pricing.
THE DEADLINE TO SUBMIT PROPOSALS IS 11:59 P.M. ON WEDNESDAY, APRIL 15, 2015. Please submit all completed proposals to solarize@masscec.com. Proposals submitted after this time will not be accepted
MassCEC recommends that installers submit their proposals in advance of the deadline, in order to minimize the risk of submitting a proposal after the deadline, and losing eligibility to participate.
